Momylia's Kitchen - Chicken noodle soup




Ingredients

Rotisserie chicken

2 onions

3 carrots

3 ribs of celery

4-5 cloves of garlic, minced

salt

pepper

sage, ground

thyme, ground

basil, dried

rosemary, dried

80 oz Chicken broth 

1/4-1/2 lb Linguini or egg noodles




Directions

1. Dice onions

2. Heat pot over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil

3. When the oil is heated add in diced onions and sauté

4. Slice carrots. Add to cooking onions

5.Slice celery. Add to carrots and onions.

6.Remove meat from chicken and shred with your hands

7. Add minced garlic to the cooking vegetables

8.Season with salt, pepper, sage, thyme, basil, and rosemary. Stir to combine

9. Add in shredded chicken, mix well

10 Pour in chicken broth. Cover and bring to a boil

11. Once boiling break linguini into thirds and add to soup. Continue to cook until pasta is cooked through.

12. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!!
